Shanti Nagrani was born and raised in Fulton County, Georgia in the city of Roswell. He attended elementary, middle, and high school in the area and will always consider Atlanta his home. Shanti graduated Georgia State University magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science. Following undergrad, Shanti attended Tulane Law School where he received his law degree and was a member of the Moot Court Board, a position he was offered after he won a school-wide advocacy competition.
Shanti began his legal career doing domestic and public defense work. After a short time, he was offered a position at the largest defense firm in the southeast where he ultimately became Senior Attorney and was responsible for managing approximately twenty attorneys along with his individual cases. During his tenure at that firm, Shanti tried over thirty jury trials and gained a wealth of experience that he brings to each and every case he handles. After leaving the defense firm, Shanti practiced domestic litigation exclusively for several years and represented hundreds of families as they navigated difficult periods in their life. As a result of Shanti’s tenure doing defense and domestic work, he knows that every client is an individual with individual needs, and strives to use that knowledge to help each and every client maximize their claim so they can fully recover from their injury. “If I can’t give my clients 100%, I shouldn’t be representing that client” Shanti will often tell his peers.
Shanti joined the Bader law firm in July 2019. Since he began, he has overseen hundreds of cases and represented clients in all aspects of their case; from their initial injury all the way to trial.
Shanti resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
