Brian Dossena became an attorney because he wanted to help clients and their families get through difficult times. With more than 17 years of successful experience in worker’s compensation and insurance litigation, including litigation involving large insurance carriers, Brian has abundant experience seeing cases through from initial retainer through final disposition, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, handling administrative hearings and appeals, participating in mediations, drafting coverage opinions, and negotiating settlements.
Brian graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Public Affairs and received his law degree from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory he was the Associate Editor of the Emory International Law Review. His greatest strength is his ability to listen to clients going through difficulties and give sound legal advice.
